Here’s one of my favorite healthy protein smoothies for guys/ladies over 30 who want to either lose weight, build muscle or just get healthy and not want to eat and lift like a meat head. Best for those looking to be healthy on the go. Oh yeah, it taste good too.. try it before you knock it.

How To Make ( use these exact products as the taste and nutrition will not be the same )
Blend:
8-12 frozen organic strawberries
Tbsp Barleans Joint Oil. Berry flavor
2-3 scoops Orgain Vanilla Vegan organic protein
1-2 scoops Orgain Super Food Blend
1-1.5 cups unsweetened Organic almond milk ( vanilla). Blend thick
