If there’s one thing Shaun loves — it’s training and developing his arms.

So here’s one of the MOST effective arm training workouts he’s EVER used.

Triple Drop Sets are a great technique for dumbbell exercises, especially curls, lateral raises and shoulder presses. For example, if you’re doing dumbbell curls, you could start with the 40′s, do eight reps, then put the 40′s down and grab the 30′s, then put the 30′s down and grab the 20′s and rep out 8 more.

Triple drop sets are great for fat loss, muscle building, strength & endurance.

The “NO rest” intervals create lactate build up which leads to an increased amount of growth hormone output. This will ultimately turn your body into a fat burning machine.

In addition, this method has also proven effective in increasing muscle mass.

As with any exercise technique, don’t use triple drop sets in every workout. Use them 1-2 times per week. Otherwise, your body will adapt and your results will come to a screeching halt.

These are also great to use at the end of a workout to completely fatigue the body part you’re focusing on.
